This custom program typically runs for six months, although options for both shorter- and longer-term work are also available. This program begins with a comprehensive review of the executive’s current capabilities and impact which are used in conjunction with the client’s own objectives to form a custom plan crafted to move that executive to the next level of personal effectiveness and satisfaction.

Insights Team Development builds cooperative and effective teams, and Coaching Skills for Leaders trains managers and senior leaders in the fundamental of coaching. Insights Discovery Personal Profile is an effective tool for guiding individuals and teams through an organized and supportive process of self-discovery pertaining to the work environment. Its emphasis is on personality and interpersonal styles, and uses a four-colour system to help individuals understand the kind of “energy” they bring to their communication and decision-making.

Insights Navigator Transformational Leadership

Insights Navigator Transformational Leadership (INTL), guides participants through an in-depth look at their capabilities and contributions to their team based on a standardized 360-review from peers, direct reports, and supervisors. This tool is useful for both team development and executive coaching.

INTL uncovers where an individual fits in on a 40-facet review of leadership capabilities, giving the participant a very clear picture of their leadership strengths and potential areas for development.

360° Feedback Interviews

Another process that Axiss Consulting uses, specifically for one-on-one coaching programs, is an in-depth review of a senior manager’s strengths and impact, and areas for further development. This process involves direct conversations with the client’s immediate manager and 8-10 colleagues and direct reports, then compiling the feedback into a comprehensive review of that individual’s competencies. This review then provides an informed basis from which to begin a coaching program designed to launch a senior leader to new levels of leadership success.
