Using one or more of three different programs, we explore all aspects of leadership development at the individual, team and organizational level, within the context of your business. Depending on the options you choose, we offer one-to-one coaching tailored to the individual’s specific needs and goals; our 360° Feedback program gathers input from various stakeholders in the executive’s circle, helping them evaluate their effectiveness in each of eight key areas; our unique Peer Mentorship Program guides your senior personnel’s leadership development in a confidential, exclusive group setting with expert leaders.
